Brett Wyatt has over 24 years of experience practicing law. Mr. Wyatt was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1990. He is a seasoned attorney with expertise in Consumer, Commercial, and Real Estate Law, and has experience in Probate, Oil and Gas, Ad Valorem Taxation, Condemnation, Family, and Social Security Disability Law.   Mr. Wyatt has been active in the Tarrant County community as an elder, trustee and chairman of several committees at Ridglea Presbyterian Church, as a board member of the Tarrant County Appraisal Review Board, Past President of the Meadows West Homeowners Association, and as a Special Commissioner appointed to determine fair compensation in Condemnation Proceedings.  He and his wife Dawn have been married for over 18 years and have five children.
